I don’t charge the earth either.  Quite reasonable, in fact.  AND I check spelling and grammar (which I’m pretty good at, being an ex-writer and all).

Email me your digital voice file, I type it up and email it back.  That simple!  I also work from hard copy, faxed through or scanned and emailed.  I usually get it done the same day too (within reason, of course, don’t get sending me your 15,000 dissertation and expect it done overnight because you’ll be sorely disappointed).
