Christmas Dinner 2004
I always make the yorkshire puddings first
beat the crap out the eggs and salt
then add 1/2 pint of milk
then add same with the plain flour
beat the crap out of it again
for a long time
leave to stand
start to prepare the veggies
watch out for the sharp cleaver or it will be hospital food instead
rinse
peel the spuds
rinse
boil for 10 mins before roasting
a few peas
some more spuds for mashing
everyone likes sprouts
(yea right)
cover with water till ready to cook

just test the turkey
stick a sharp knife in just by the leg if the juices come out clear bingo
bang the roasties in the oven
today we are having spring cabbage as well
rinse and cover
a little oil in the yorkie pan
